Your experience will be enhanced by arriving at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can enjoy the spa facilities and relax before your treatment begins. We will ask you to fill out a consultation for so that your therapist can better understand your goals for your spa visit.
A credit card is required for all spa appointments and we ask that you contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment in order to avoid a fee of 100% of the service. We do begin all appointments on time. Should you be running late your service will end on the scheduled time in order to not inconvenience the next guest.
In order to support the tranquil environment of the spa, we ask that you silence all phones and refrain from phone conversation while in the spa.
Éilan Spa patrons are required to be at least 18 to receive a spa treatment or be in our locker room facilities. However, children as young as 5 can receive services in the Éilan Spa.
